New Conditional Fee Regime

The new CFA regime came into force on the 1st November 2005. This page provides copies of the relevant reports and future proposals, together with the rules which will apply. Detailed guidance for Panel Members is available by logging in and going to the 'Downloads' section.

  Repeal of Old CFA Regulations The Conditional Fee Agreements (Revocation) Regulations 2005 (In force 01/11/05)

  Notes to Accompany New CFA The Existing Guidance to the Solicitors' Costs Information and Client Care Code 1999
  Notes to Accompany New CFA The New Client Care Amendment Rule Changes (Effective 01/11/05)
    The last 3 items above will be replaced in 2006 by:
