Lowest ATE Insurance Premiums in the Market
The legal expenses insurance premiums we source are the lowest in the market - as shown by our comparison table below. Premiums have been deliberately set in line with case law which means you can be confident that they will be recovered in full. All After the Event Insurance premiums are determined by the type of legal protection claim and the level of indemnity but are then fixed in price irrespective of the merits of the case.

Market Comparison
The Litigation Funding Table/graph to the right compares the premiums quoted by all of the major insurers in the Law Society's Litigation Funding Magazine. As can be seen, the After the Event Insurance Premiums we source are amongst the lowest quoted in the market place. As it is not always possible to directly compare legal insurance policies, the comparison has been made taking premiums for issued Fast Track claims as a benchmark.
