We will shortly be launching a training and legal resources module to cover key issues regarding funding, Conditional Fee Agreements and After The Event Insurance.

The training will consist of both video ‘webinars’, with accompanying documentation and legal resources, which will include relevant case law summaries. We are seeking CPD Points approval for the training with the aim of offering free sessions to registered users of this site – with registration open to all firms of solicitors.

We are currently in the process of developing our source material, so if you have any ideas or topics in mind which you would like us to cover, please let us know by using the contact form on this site.
