We can now arrange After the Event Insurance for Contentious Probate claims, providing your clients with security at a time of potential great pressure.

Standard premiums are available for claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 on a banded scale based on estate size. For larger estates, and for all other Contentious Probate claim types, bespoke premiums are available.
ClaimSafe After the Event Insurance for Contentious Probate claims are not automatically available for purchase. They are available only to solicitor departments where a reasonable volume of cases is available to insure each year.
